Due to our preoccupied schedule, we request that you cancel at least 3 days before a scheduled Appointment. This gives us the opportunity to fill that slot and plan our other appointments.
You will have to cancel the appointment by phone & email at “contact@drmaithilisavant.com“.
Cancellations made 3 days or more in advance of the appointment date, will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours to the appointment will incur a 30% fee.
The Refund will be initiated immediately the moment we receive your Call/Email request.
Once initiated, the refund will reflect in your account within 10 working days.
Online Video Course Refund Policy
Our online video courses being our “Intellectual Property” are non refundable in nature. Participants are welcome to inquire about the details of the course modules & contents prior to enrolling via email at “contact@drmaithilisavant.com“. Once enrolled, the course fee becomes non-refundable.
